Pauline Pope of Longmont died on February 28, 2018 at the age of 99.
Pauline was born on October 18, 1918 to Conrad and Ammallie Henkel Wagner. She grew up in the Longmont area and graduated from Johnstown High School. Pauline married Henry Pope on January 14, 1940
They had two sons; Ronald and Raymond Pope. They formed and operated a dairy.
Pauline was active in her church. She enjoyed helping with fundraisers for the church. They made German Noodles and Kraut Burgers.
Henry and Pauline engaged Dutch hops including a very special trip to Germany with a Polka Band and a trip to Spain.
Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, husband and her son Raymond. Other loved ones preceding her death were her brothers Dave, Dan, Elmer and Robert. Her Brother-in-Laws Leonard Peppler, Louie Ashenbrenner, Dave and Pete Pope. Sister in Laws Marie Ashenbrenner, Helen Pope and Katie Pope.
Pauline is survived by her son Ronald and his wife Patricia Pope. Grandchildren Barbara Finch (Alvin), Bonnie Bakes (Jared), and Ronald Pope Jr. She is also survived by 9 Great Grand Children and 7 Great Great Grandchildren. Pauline is also survived by a sister Irene Peppler and Sister in Laws Miriam, Sylvia and Helen Wagner and Joanne Pope. She was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and beloved relatives.
Pauline loved God, her family and enjoyed working side by side with her husband on the farm.
