Heath is a native of Colorado. He was born and raised in Greeley, Colorado. He began Funeral Service in 1996 at the age of 17, working for the largest Funeral Service provider in the United States at Stoddard Funeral Home in Greeley, Colorado.
Heath graduated from Greeley Central High School and then attended college in Dallas, Texas where he graduated from Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science in 1998. Heath then returned to Greeley to become the manager of Stoddard Funeral Home specializing in making each funeral service a unique and memorable experience. He is a certified funeral director and embalmer, with a special talent in Reconstruction and Restorative Art.
Heath is married to Reanna (Hoy) and they have two children, Loralei and Landon. In his spare time; Heath enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs. Heath is involved in many organizations past and present; he is working with Drive Smart Weld County, 19th Judicial Victims Compensation and Law Enforcement Board, Tailgate the Safety Way, National Crime Prevention Council 2007 Presenter, Suicide Education/Support Services and he is a board member for El Comite de Longmont. He is also the Past President of the Colorado Association of Cemeteries.
Reanna K. Carroll (Hoy)

Danielle was born and raised in Nashville, TN. The daughter of a United Methodist Minister, she and her family moved to the Boulder, Colorado area in the early 1990’s. Danielle has worked in the Funeral Industry for over 20 years. She began working at Green Mountain Cemetery in Boulder in 1996 and helped manage both the cemetery and Howe Mortuary in Boulder and Darrell Howe Mortuary in Lafayette, CO throughout the years before joining the Carroll-Lewellen family in 2011. Finding a family owned funeral home to service families had always been a goal for Danielle. Not meeting “corporate goals” but “family’s goals” has always been of the upmost importance to her. When meeting with Danielle you will know immediately that there is not a right or wrong way to memorialize the ones you love – the way that works for you is the right way – no expectations.
Danielle is married to Brent Vandiver and they have 3 children: Taylor (Mat) Walston, E. J. Kreis and Cash Vandiver – Grandchildren; Wyatt and Sadie Walston; and, Tilly the dog. Danielle spends her time with her family, traveling with her son who plays club Lacrosse, anything her grandchildren want to do and considers “uneventful” a great weekend.
Bilingual Funeral Director
Carmen Mireles joined the family at Carroll-Lewellen in 2010. She is one of the only bi-lingual Spanish speaking funeral directors in Colorado. Carmen loves helping families plan funeral services for their loved ones and makes each experience meaningful. Carmen is the past director of operations for El Comite de Longmont and worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over ten years before joining the family at Carroll-Lewellen Funeral & Cremation Services. Carmen is married to Jose Mireles since 2008 and they have 2 children, Alessandra and Angel. In her spare time Carmen loves spending time with her family and two dogs, Bruno and Apollo.
Ron is a native of Colorado and loves the Rocky Mountain life. Ron retired after 37 years of service with the U.S. Postal Service in Longmont as a Bicycle Letter Carrier. He has been working with Lewellen and Carroll-Lewellen Funeral Home and helping families for the past 18 years. He is married to Nicki; they have been together for 39 years and have one daughter Fawn Gold, married to Derek. Some of his past community involvements have included being a Board Member/President of the Longmont Humane Society, and a Board Member/President and Deputy Chief of the Longmont Emergency Unit. He enjoys wood working and long distance cycling.
Robert Sweeney Jr.

Bob lives in Longmont with his wife Lacy; they have been married 33 years. They have four children Ben, Rafferty, Clara and Grace. He has an AAS Degree in Business Management; he also has various awards for Business, Insurance and customer service. He is a Certified Senior Adviser Course graduate. He also has his licenses in Colorado to sell Life and Health Insurance. He had 20+ years as a Dairy Farmer; and has experience with John Deere, Equitable Life, US Healthcare Group and The Hartford. He has helped establish two new retail outlets for different companies. He has also been involved in the Coffee Business, in the service and repairs department, for 10 years. He really enjoys serving families and helping them with their long term funeral needs. He enjoys spending time on his small farm raising Nubian goats for which he uses their milk to make homemade cheese and yogurt. He has a large garden and loves the county living. He also enjoys his 25 acres that he has a grass hay farm on.
Assistant Funeral Director
Douglas P. Reedy was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on July 24, 1946. He graduated from the University of Delaware in 1968. He worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for 30 years as a Director of Field Operations for the Office of the Inspector General. He then retired and moved to Longmont in 2004. He started working part time as a Directors Assistant at Carroll-Lewellen in 2009. Doug has been married to Katherine for 46 years and has one daughter, Elizabeth Reedy Dunn who is married to Scott Dunn. Doug has three grandchildren: Rebecca, Grace and Christopher. The whole family lives in Longmont.
Kathy was born in Philadelphia. She moved to Longmont in 2004 to be closer to her daughter and grandchildren. Kathy has years of experience in customer service starting with 15 years working for Bell of Pennsylvania and AT&T. Before joining Carroll-Lewellen she was the assistant manager for Overlook apartments and a leasing agent for Clover Basin Village Apartments in Longmont. Kathy loves assisting families with receptions and celebration of life services. She has a huge heart which allows her to assist families and leave a good lasting memory of their loved ones. Kathy has been married to Doug for 46 years and has one daughter, Elizabeth Reedy Dunn who is married to Scott Dunn. Kathy has three grandchildren: Rebecca, Grace and Christopher.

Pastor Dawnmarie Fiechtner
Pastor Dawnmarie joined our staff in 2014
as our Chaplin. Dawnmarie has been in ministry for 25
years and has served as a Senior Pastor for the past 10 years in the Rocky
Mountain United Methodist Church Conference after completing studies at Iliff
School of Theology and Saint Paul’s School of Theology. Her true passion is
serving families in need.
Dawnmarie works personally with our
families helping them in their healing process and planning services that are
personal, honoring and as religious or nondenominational as needed to fit every
families needs. She believes that every
person should be remembered for their life as being a gift, and that each of us
is an extension of that gift. Love is often seen in the events and in the life
we have shared with others. Dawnmarie has that special way of memorializing a
person in order to help others share those memories.
