BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF

Basic services includes staff to respond to initial service requests; arrangement conference with the family or responsible party; preparation and filing of necessary certificates, permits and authorizations; placement of obituary and paid notices; and coordination of service details with cemetery, vault company and others involved in the services; and overhead.

TRANSFER FROM PLACE OF DEATH TO FUNERAL HOME

Staff and vehicle to transport from home, hospital or nursing home to the funeral home.

PREPARATION OF THE BODY

Embalming, general preparation, cleansing, cosmetic application, restorative art, dressing and placing in selected casket.

USE OF FACILITIES AND STAFF FOR VIEWING AND FUNERAL SERVICES

Supervision, attendants, facilities and equipment for viewing, funeral service and graveside committal service.

MEMORIAL PACKAGE

Includes memorial register book, service folders, and acknowledgment cards.

LIFE TRIBUTE VIDEO

A video life story that may be presented before, during, or after the viewing or funeral service. The family provides 25-30 photos (and captions, if desired) then our staff will prepare the video and provide equipment necessary to show the tribute in our facility of at another facility. A DVD copy will be given to the family.

VEHICLES

Hearse, family limousine, pallbearer limousine and staff drivers.
